Upon negotiation, Haartz, Minth, and TMG agreed to jointly invest in the establishing of Haartz-Minth-TMG (Ningbo) Automobile New Materials Co., Ltd. The tripartite cooperation agreement on the joint venture has been formally signed and come into force.
