A lightweight door sash assembly made of aluminum alloy mainly consists of 6-series aluminum extruded profiles. Stamping parts are made of 5-series aluminum plates. Related parts are jointed together by CMT welding. The door sash assembly is riveted to the door assembly by SPR.
