Back Door Fin Upr Assy assembles on tailgate outer panel, and the main function is to provide exerting point when open the tailgate, and decorate the appearance. The part mainly use plastic PP, ABS, PC+ABS as the base material, through injection, grain, car body coating and various electroplating to form various appearance effect and meet personalized needs.

As the important part of exterior , Cover parts be applied on A pillar, B pillar and C pillar area. It not only have the traditional function to guide the glass, it have the function of decoration. Plastic Tailgate

It’s located in the rear of the car, a rear opening and closing device of SUV or MPV. By applying PP, PPLGF, carbon fiber or glass fiber composite materials through adhesive bonding or laser welding jointing technology, The plastic tailgate can meet the strength, stiffness meanwhile achieve good lightweight with weight reduction up to 25%-50%, comparing to traditional metal tailgate. MINTH has full chain co-design capability, which provides customers with comprehensive solutions from section design, product design, static stiffness analysis, dynamic stiffness analysis, durability analysis, thermal analysis, NVH analysis, as well as experimental verification.

Aluminum Door Frame Assy

A lightweight door sash assembly made of aluminum alloy mainly consists of 6-series aluminum extruded profiles. Stamping parts are made of 5-series aluminum plates. Related parts are jointed together by CMT welding. The door sash assembly is riveted to the door assembly by SPR.
Compared with the iron door sash with weight reduction of 30~40%, the aluminum door sash has weight reduction of 4~5Kg. the entire door system is about 18~24Kg with low fuel consumption, low exhaust emissions, better corrosion resistance, recyclcapability and reproducibility.

Sash Assy Door

Sash Assy Door is one part of the glass jacking system, the function is supply assembly space for glass run channel and guide the glass up and down. The main material is cold rolled steel which coated with zinc, The part is manufactured by rolling, stamping or welding process. Cover Seat Track

Cover Seat Track is the basic part and important safety component of the car, it is related to passenger’s amenity and safety. It has a high requirement for the structure design, tolerance and strength. MINTH have many years experience of synchronous design and development. MINTH have integrated system, high strength and high precision tooling, stamping and rolling production line, MINTH LSR Cover Seat Track can bear the weight of 40KN peel strength and 35KN lockup strength in cover seat safety index, so it can ensure balance stress in each direction and ensure practicality of the function, it can also give passenger intimate feeling of safety.

Rear View Camera

Regarding Rear View Camera, send signals to driving monitor by a transmission line , according to the vehicle by means of image surrounding obstacles, By expanding the driver’s vision, help the driver around the situation, timely find obstacles, thus increasing the safety factor of driving back, auxiliary driver safety products.

Side View Camera
