Working Life

The company encourages "happy learning, happy work and happy life", the happy lifestyle. Each and everyone of us has 'work', 'learn' and 'life' in their dictionaries, but not necessarily happiness. We often find ourselves wondering about the meaning of our work, our learning and our life. The answer may be that we learn to become a better worker, we work to have a better life, but what then is the meaning of our life? In fact, as we ask ourselves these questions, our answers would more often than not point to the things on the surface, e.g. work, learn and life, which are all only external representation of our being. We keep ourselves busy, worried and exhausted, but would what we have in return give us the satisfactions that our heart wants? If work, learn and life are the source of our happiness, or that these activities in themselves make us happy, then life would turn out to always be on the bright side and we will enjoy such beauty and sunshine. I think this is what all of us want and eager to have.

We have always cared for the career growth of our employees; we have developed a complete set of Staff Development System. We have founded our own School of Management, using teaching methods including textbooks, e-learning, case studies, extensive training and project practice, as well as case studies with MINTH characteristics and foreign classic case studies as teaching materials. We hire external management trainers with extensive related experiences and internal trainers to conduct courses and lectures.

Happy Life

The company cares for employees and has been devoting to improving their living environment; a trade union is established to host events of many kinds on a regular basis and enrich their lives. The employee dormitory area features an activity centre, which includes facilities such as gyms, billiards, table tennis, public baths, TV closed-circuit interfaces broadband and so on The MINTH Trade Union has established over 10 recreational clubs, including basketball, badminton, soccer, aerobics, tennis, judo clubs where a variety of exchange activities are hosted to enrich the lives of employees.
