| In the early 1990's Mr. Chin Jong Hwa, the founder and Chairman
of the Board of Minth Group Limited ("the Group")
became involved in the business of auto parts and accessories
manufacturers in Ningbo, China. He has been a chief leader in
team work through positive motivation while at the same time
promoting technological developments and management expertise.
The chief priority of the Group is advancing its technological
competitiveness in order to stay at the forefront of its own
product development. Since its foundation, MINTH has developed
close cooperative relationships in technology and business
with a number of leading automotive parts suppliers from Japan
and Germany to form joint ventures in the mainland of China.
Currently, the headquarters of the Group is located in
Ningbo. The main product categories are trims,
body structural parts, and decorative
parts. As the business became more successful, many
manufacturing plants have been established in the Eastern,
Northern, Southern and Central China. They have been set up
in strategic proximity to the key Chinese auto makers and
are linked in a widespread network that provides JIT services
to them. The Group has also established global offices for
technology research, design and business expansion overseas.
MINTH Group Ltd was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
on December 1, 2005 and evoked enthusiastic feedback on the
global financial market.
