I am Victor Wang, and my position is General Manager of Mignen Poland and Mignen CR. Since joining the group in 2007, I have had multiple overseas assignments that have taught me to appreciate the cultural diversity of different countries. I have learned to understand and respect cultural differences from the perspective of others, keeping humble and genuine .
