Minth Group hosted its 2023 Annual General Meeting and Investor Day on 31 May 2023 in Jiaxing, with participation of over 70 shareholders, proxies and other participants from the investment community.

Investors were also invited to visit the Factory of the Future and the production lines of intelligent exteriors in Jiaxing Minsheng and Jiaxing Hella Minth. They were highly impressed with the Group’s digital transformation and upgrade, processing technologies and operations management capabilities of innovative products, and all of these help to boost the confidence of the investment community in the mid- and long term sustainable development of the Group.
