First factory founded in 1992, heralding the establishment of MINTH

Minth Group founded

MINTH went public on Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005
(stock code:0425)

MINTH gained a foothold in the U.S. in 2007 and also set up a new sales and R & D base in Japan that year

MINTH Aapico was founded in Thailand in 2008

MINTN established the first manufacturing base in Mexico in 2009

2012 MINTH acquired CST and established the first manufacturing base in Europe in 2012

Launched electronics business through M&A in 2016

The new headquarters of MINTH was inaugurated in 2017, and launched MINTH onto a new journey

MINTH prepared the establishment of the U.K.-based plant and set up the Serbia-based plant in 2018

Serbian president, Chinese ambassador to Serbia and mayor of Loznica attended the cornerstone-laying ceremony of MINTH’s plant in 2019

The Minth Group started the preparation of the four business units (BU).This marks the
go-live of the four BUs on January 1, 2020: Plastic Business Unit, Metal and Trim Business Unit, Aluminum Business Unit and Battery-housing Business Unit.
