Minth Group released its 2025 annual results announcement on 23 March 2026, and held a results briefing in Hong Kong on 24 March. In 2025, both the Group's revenue and earnings hit record highs, with net profit outgrowing revenue growth. Specifically, revenue increased by 11.2% year-on-year to RMB25.737 billion, while net profit rose by 16.1% year-on-year to RMB2.692 billion. The Group's operating cash flow continued to improve, with proactive and well-paced investments in new emerging sectors. Free cash flow increased significantly from RMB1.363 billion in 2024 to RMB2.703 billion in 2025. The gearing ratio further decreased to 21.2%, remaining at a healthy level. Based on its solid financial performance, the Company's board of directors resolved to raise the dividend payout ratio from 20% to 30% with proposed final dividend of HK$0.764 per share.
