Minth Mexico Launches Its First “Make a Difference Month” Supporting Children with Cancer and Animal Rescue

ESG
  • In March 2026, Minth Mexico successfully concluded its first-ever “Make a Difference Month,” a company-led initiative featuring two major charitable campaigns: “Banco de Tapitas” and “Ángeles de Mascotas”.

    Campaign 1: Banco de Tapitas

Minth Mexico used waste materials from its plants to create bottle cap collection frames and encouraged employees to collect plastic caps from their homes and neighborhoods, while also organizing collection competitions. These caps are washed, crushed, and processed into plastic pellets, which are then sold to the plastics industry. All proceeds go to support local children and young people aged 0 to 21 with cancer, funding their chemotherapy, medicine, food, and other basic living expenses. In just three weeks, Minth Mexico collected over 60 kilograms of bottle caps. Due to the enthusiastic response, this initiative will continue year-round across all Minth Mexico plants.

    Campaign 2: Ángeles de Mascotas

The “Ángeles de Mascotas” campaign focused on rescuing and rehabilitating abused and stray animals. Employees from multiple departments at Minth Mexico actively participated, donating over 80 kilograms of dry pet food, canned tuna, cleaning supplies, and three dog houses.

The month-long initiative not only united the compassionate efforts of Minth Mexico employees but also reflected the Group's deepening commitment to social responsibility and community engagement. The two charitable campaigns were carried out by Minth Mexico in collaboration with two local foundations — Banco de Tapitas and Ángeles de Mascotas — in Aguascalientes. Minth believes that even small actions can create meaningful change. Minth will continue to give back to its communities and make a positive impact — not just in March, but every day.
