Minth Group Launches Europe’s First Embodied Robot Mass Production Base in Serbia

  • On August 29, 2026, Minth Group officially launched its first mass production base for embodied robots in Europe in Šabac, Serbia, marking a new milestone in the localized mass production of embodied robots in Europe. Developed independently by Minth’s technology partner, the embodied robot will be manufactured locally at Minth’s first large-scale production base for embodied robots in Europe. The launch ceremony was attended by Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, government officials, senior management of Minth Group, as well as representatives from industry, partners and the media.

The embodied intelligent robots produced at the facility are equipped with multimodal perception systems, with tactile and sensing capabilities integrated into their fingertips to enable precise force control and flexible grasping. Powered by deep-learning AI algorithms, the robots can autonomously adapt to complex environments and continuously improve their capabilities through intelligent learning. The robots are gradually being deployed in industrial applications such as loading and unloading, material handling and inspection, helping replace high-risk and repetitive manual tasks while significantly improving manufacturing efficiency and workplace safety.

Minth Group first established its presence in Serbia in 2018 and has since built 10 manufacturing plants in the country. The first phase of the Šabac embodied robot production base represents an investment of EUR 20 million. Looking ahead, Minth will leverage Serbia as a strategic hub for its European operations, accelerate its expansion into the European and global embodied robotics markets, and continue to advance innovation in large-scale robot production and localized manufacturing.
