On September 15, 2026, Minth Group officially announced the establishment of PT Dharma Minth Indonesia, a joint venture between Minth Group and PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk, marking another important step in expanding our EV manufacturing footprint in Southeast Asia.

The new joint venture will focus on manufacturing EV-related components, including battery housings and structures, aluminum extrusion body and chassis components, plastic components, and other products tailored to customer requirements.

By combining Minth Group's global EV technologies, product expertise, and international customer network with Dharma's strong local manufacturing capabilities and automotive industry relationships, this partnership will further strengthen the EV capabilities of both companies while contributing to the continued development of Indonesia's local EV supply chain.
