The interference coloring process is one of the most recent developments related to the aluminum surface treatment industry, this represents the highest level of aluminum surface treatment industry.MINTH is the only manufacturer in the world that can achieve mass production of interference coloring, supplying the world ‘s most high-end cars such as GM and Bentley.
High-strength Roll Forming
The high-strength roll forming line enables fully automated in-line processing of high-tensile sheet products, integrating sequential operations including precision punching, profile forming, roller/laser welding, contour bending, and precision blanking within a single production flow. This closed-loop system achieves 100% automation from material feeding to finished part discharge through synchronized servo control systems.
Injection
Minth Group's core injection molding technology forms the foundational process for automotive plastic production. Equipped with advanced multi-shot capabilities and specialized processes like pressure-assisted and gas-water-assisted molding, we deliver high-precision components. Painting & Coating
Different colors can be obtained with the right process and coating.
The process of spraying a layer of varnish directly on metal parts (Oxidized parts) has been matured, and the appearance has been approved by GM.
The implementation of the color-free process contributes to cost reduction and defect reduction.
Welding
Welding technology is the core joining technology of Minth Group, which is mainly used for joining many kinds of plastic products, covering the technologies of heat welding/puncture welding/vibration friction welding/laser welding, etc., and we have advanced equipment and production lines.
